Nantwich Museum is displaying the artwork of youngsters from across the town who took part in a competition.

The exhibition is being held in the Community Gallery and runs until May 26.

It contains a selection from the 300 entries submitted in the annual competition for local primary schools organised by the Rotary Club of Nantwich.

Pupils could choose from two themes when creating their masterpieces – either the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee or the London Olympics.

The museum, on Pillory Street, Nantwich, is open Tuesday to Saturday 10.30am to 4.30pm.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
