Richmond Village Nantwich teamed up with The Cat Radio and the town’s Sainsbury’s store to launch a Chocolate Easter Egg Appeal.

More than 250 eggs were donated to underprivileged and poorly children last year.

They are hoping the 2012 appeal will be even more successful.

The eggs, which were given by local people and businesses, were delivered among others to the Children’s Ward at Leighton Hospital and the local Women’s Refuge.

Organisers are asking anyone who knows of other children’s groups that would benefit to get in contact.

Eggs can be dropped off at collection points in Richmond Village Nantwich on St Joseph’s Way or at the Cat Radio, in Frederick House, Beam Heath Way, Nantwich.

For details contact either Nicola or Alison on 01270 629080.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
