A Nantwich florist has made the finals of The North West Wedding Awards 2020.

Wedding floral specialists Jacqui O has been recognised for providing couples with an “outstanding wedding experience in floristry”.

The award ceremony is due to take place on September 9.

The North West Wedding Awards is organised by County Brides in recognition of outstanding service.

“We’re really pleased and honoured to be recognised by our wonderful clients, as these awards are voted by them which makes it very special”, said Jacqui Owen, floral designer and owner of Jacqui O.

“It’s a wonderful industry although it isn’t always glamorous.

“I’ve been working hard to conjure breathtaking sensuous florals that frame those special moments and treasured memories.

“When my soon-to-be wedded couples appoint me they hand all of the worry, planning and guesswork for their floral designs to me to own, so that their flowers are perfect on the big day.

“To win this award would be the icing on the cake, especially at the moment during these challenging times.”

Jacqui O was shortlisted thanks to special praise from clients who voted.

Donna (pictured), one of the brides she worked for, said: “Jacqui is an amazingly talented florist who creates flowers that are everything you envisaged and dreamed of; and then some!

“I was absolutely blown away by my bridal bouquet which she was able to create from understanding my likes/dislikes, getting to know me and my personality, taking the time to get to know us as a couple and our vibe, believing in and nurturing our vision; and then whacking it up by x1000 and producing
something spectacular!”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
