Nantwich estate agents James Du Pavey has won Best Agent in the UK, coming top in a field of more than 800 members.
They collected the honour at The Guild of Property Professionals Awards ceremony at QEII Centre in London.
James Du Pavey and his management team collected the award on the day.
He said: “We were immensely proud to be chosen as the best agent in the UK, amongst so many other outstanding property professionals.
“This award is a culmination of our efforts and a symbol of our commitment to excellence within the property industry.
“I couldn’t be prouder of my team and the excellent work they do day in, day out.”
