Nantwich agent Martin&Co has been independently identified as one of the top estate agents in the country.

The agent now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide, compiled by industry experts Property Academy and Rightmove.

Out of the 15,000 estate agents in the country, Martin&Co Nantwich were ranked as EXCEPTIONAL, putting them in the top 3% of estate agents right across the UK.

More than three billion data points were analysed and 20,000 mystery shopping exercises carried out in the search for this year’s top performers – the biggest assessment of any industry.

The awards are made for property marketing, results and customer service – which consumers consider to be among the most important criteria when selecting which agent to sell or let their property.

Martin&Co director Shaun Cafferty said: “These awards follow a rigorous and truly independent assessment by property experts and we are thrilled to have been recognised as among the very best in the country.

“That also makes it 2 awards in 2 months, as we were rated best letting agent in Nantwich at The British Property awards.

“We have continued to invest in the best people and the best systems so that we can deliver the best service, and these awards reflect that.

“If you’re thinking about selling or letting a property then please get in touch – we will be very pleased to provide you with our advice and you can be confident that you’re dealing with one of the very best estate agents in your area.”

Peter Knight, founder of the Property Academy, said: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property.

“Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide and only the top 3% have been recognised with this award.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
