But veteran defender Michael Brown salvaged a point for The Pirates with a last gasp equaliser.

The visitors took the lead with a Lewis Barker goal Cooper Buckley equalised with a second half penalty from Ashley Edwards.

Sandbach Town then made life difficult for themselves by having a player sent off for a second bookable offence, and Cooper Buckley utilised the one man advantage to net a late winner thanks to Josh Rowley.

The game between Audlem and JS Bailey was abandoned after a serious injury to a JS Bailey player.
