Everybody Awards shortlist for 2019

Sportspeople young and old across Crewe and Nantwich have made the shortlist for the Everybody Awards 2021.

Nominees this year include people from motorsport, rugby, running, snowboarding, swimming, netball, football, gymnastics and more.

Organisers say they received an “incredible amount of nominations” for those who have had an impact on health, sport and physical activity across Cheshire East.

The awards, to take place at Crewe Hall on Friday October 15, hosted by the fantastic Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and the Keynote speech will be delivered by the inspirational Jamie McDonald (also known as Adventureman)

Andrew Kolker, Chairman at Everybody Sport and Recreation and Everybody Awards judge, said: “Even though the pandemic has had a huge impact on sport over the last 12 months, the nominations from our local sporting heroes and organisations showed the exceptional dedication, innovation and true community spirit of our Cheshire East nominees to still achieve success and support and inspire others.

“We couldn’t be prouder of all the nominees this year and cannot wait to celebrate this October at a prestigious event in Crewe.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
