Two men including one from Church Minshull have been charged after a large quantity of cannabis was seized in Crewe

Police say they stopped a vehicle in Lime Tree Avenue and seized cannabis at around 6pm on Wednesday (February 3).

Stephen Lloyd, 33, of Weaver View, Church Minshull has been charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

John Collins, 32, of Warmingham Lane, Middlewich, has also been charged with same offence.

Lloyd and Collins appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Friday (February 5).

They were both remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday March 5.
