Shavington musician Tom Seals is releasing a Christmas duet with Natasha Hamilton of Atomic Kitten.
Their song, released on December 4, is called “I can’t wait to spend Christmas with you”.
It is a brand new song written specially for them, and Natasha’s first solo single since leaving Atomic Kitten.
Tom, a former Ruskin High pupil in Crewe, said: “Being a 90s baby, Atomic Kitten were huge when I was growing up.
“A few years ago, Natasha and I were both nominated for a Boisdale Music Award. I heard her sing at the awards that night and couldn’t believe the blues and soul feel to her voice.
“It took me surprise, as I knew her from the pop classics of Atomic Kitten!
“We both share a love of big band, jazz, blues and soul.
“When the idea of a soulful, bluesy, feel good Christmas song came along, I knew I had to ask Natasha – and I’m so glad I did!”
Tom, who has performed at Nantwich and Crewe festivals throughout his career, is passionate about South Cheshire where his family still lives.
