A man dressed as a stormtrooper has been strolling around Nantwich to raise morale during the global pandemic, writes Jonathan White.
Andrew Hayter, from Nantwich, has been seen walking through his town during his daily exercise walk and whilst walking his dog to spread smiles instead of worry.
Andrew has also set up a “Cheshire stormtrooper” page on Facebook.

A stormtrooper is a soldier in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas.
The stormtroopers are the main ground force of the Galactic Empire.
Andrew said: “I am trying to make people smile in these awful times.
“I felt it was time to give something back – to reflect and be there.”
