Two teenagers have appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court charged in connection with an altercation between several men in a Nantwich street.
Kian Biddle, 18, and a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, are charged with a Section 18 assault by joint enterprise, possession of an offensive weapon and affray.
Biddle, of Clover Croft Place, Crewe, who is also charged with criminal damage, was released on conditional bail.
The 17-year-old, also from Crewe who was also charged with possession of a class A drug, was remanded in Youth Detention Accommodation.
The pair are next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday September 7.
They were both arrested in the early hours of Saturday (August 8) following an incident in the Beam Street area of Nantwich.
A 22-year-old from man from Shavington who was arrested during the incident has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
A 17-year-old boy from Holmes Chapel was issued with a Cannabis warning.
