Police are investigating an alleged assault on an 18-year-old woman in a Nantwich car park.
The incident happened on Friday night (July 10) in the car park in Love Lane.
It’s believed the woman was tended to by paramedics but police say she has no injuries.
Witnesses say a section of the car park, close to Pillory Street, was cordoned off on Saturday morning where officers were investigating the scene.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Officers attended the scene and have spoken to the woman.
“She did not have any injuries and enquiries are ongoing to establish what has taken place.
“Anyone who was in the Love Lane area between 9pm and 9.30pm on Friday 10 July and witnessed anything that may aid the investigation is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary on 101, quoting IML 751447, or give the details via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/ro/report.”
