Leaders Crewe Ath won 5-4 against White Lion to stay top of the Crewe Regional Sunday League Premier Division.

The game was moved from Sandbach Utd to the Cumberland in Crewe.

Scorers for Crewe Athletic were Nathan Tickle with a brace, Cal Campbell, Ash Dobson and Josh Clarke.

White Lion scorers were Ross Chandler (3) and Nathan Cherrington.

George & Dragon moved up to second place with a 3-2 win over NHB FC with goals from Dean Clarke, Ste Hughes and Joe Duckworth.

NHB FC scorers were Brian Holland and Andy Ward.

Another game to be moved was Faddiley v Willaston WS which was played at Willaston following a waterlogged pitch at Faddiley.

Faddiley won 3-2 with goals from Rich Ryan 2 and Nick Shore with Azharul Haque scoring both goals for Willaston WS.

In division One the leaders The Old Star suffered their first loss of the season going down 4-0 at Audlem.

Scorers for Audlem were Kev Beresford, Will Cork, Lewis Williams and Tom Smart. A solitary Adam Smithies goal gave White Horse a 1-0 win over Nantwich Pirates.

An eventful day at Broadhurst where the visitors Talbot forgot the kit and the start was delayed.

Talbot won in the end 3-2 with goals from Danny Jones 2 and Brandon Grindley.

Danny Griffiths and Shaun Bradley scored for Broadhurst FC.
