Meet The Flintstones this Saturday 19th October 2019, Nantwich Town Centre, 1pm onward – Join ‘Fred & Barney’ as they pull their classic Citroën 2CV through the streets of Nantwich to gain support for ‘The 2CV Challenge’, which will take place in April 2020 in aid of Dementia UK and will see Steve ‘Flintstone’ and Rich ‘Rubble’ travel back from the French Alps in a 30-odd year old 2CV, completing a series of challenges with a target to raise £100,000 for Dementia UK.

THE 2CV CHALLENGE
In April 2020, Steve and Rich will drive ‘Flo’, Steve’s 30-odd year old Citroën 2CV, back from the Alps to the UK. Sounds simple… However, there’ll be no motorways, no toll roads, no Sat Nav! The aim is to raise over £100,000 for Dementia UK – rather than asking for sponsorship (which would always be welcome) we have decided to raise the money by accepting a series of bets, challenges or maybe even dares that we’ll complete en route.

THE CHARITY – DEMENTIA UK
Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurses. When things get challenging, their nurses work alongside families, giving them the support and practical solutions, they need to face dementia with more confidence.

MAKE A DONATION
There are a number of ways to help Flo and Team 2CV to reach their financial goal of £100K for Dementia UK. Simply pledge some money on our JustGiving page because you believe in the cause, or challenge the team to do something fun or crazy to make the drive more fun! Pledges of any value are most welcome and all the money will go directly to the charity.

When donating through JustGiving please remember to suggest your challenge or bet when asked to leave a message! https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/steve-hudson6

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
