A property firm is building eco-friendly homes with a difference in Nantwich.

With plots on its new Canal Walks site being snapped up before a spade has broken the turf, you’ll need to be quick off the mark.

Tesni Properties Ltd is constructing a luxury development of 4 and 5-bedroom homes on a site off Welshman’s Lane.

The privately-run company, based in North Wales, is approaching home-building with a different view.

It aims to blend space, eco-sustainability and the connectivity of tomorrow into each home it constructs.

Every house boasts a top-level Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A-rating.

Solar panels, insulation, natural lighting, heat exchange ventilation systems, electric car chargers – these are just some of the features which will bring energy costs right down.

It will also improve air quality within the home.

Every property will also boast a unique ‘smart’ home platform – providing the connectivity needed for today’s family.

It includes a hidden network of cabling that allows buyers to integrate as much technology as they want.

Working with industry leaders Home Hub Installations and Richer Sounds, Tesni says its homebuyers can have all the wall mounted screens, integrated audio systems, CCTV and wired/wireless internet they need.

Tesni also offers a personal designer to guide potential buyers through all the tech options.

Properties on the Nantwich site will have fibre internet installed as standard, providing the best possible internet connectivity.

A high-quality finish on each home includes Porcelanosa bathrooms, fitted wardrobes in all master suites, and integrated vanity suites in the master ensuite.

Kitchens come with solid oak worktops and solid wood doors as standard, as well as double ovens, microwaves and underhung stainless-steel sinks.

All properties are fitted with quality AEG (or equivalent) appliances and tiled kitchen floors.

Other internal features include bi-fold doors, log-burning stoves, and feature windows.

Outside will feature a turfed and spacious garden, outside lighting and charge points for electric cars – supplemented by the home’s own solar panels!

Tesni managing director James Hennie said: “We care passionately about building houses you’ll love to come home to and have been awarded both for our work in sustainable development as well as for our building excellence.

“Our homes add real value to their surrounding community and environment, with the exterior structure reflecting both expert craftsmanship and modern design.

“Inside, a Tesni home is calm, comfortable and filled with warmth and light, offering you the freedom to create a welcoming space where you’ll instantly feel you belong.

“Whatever the setting, we promise to build stunning, sustainable family homes with an environmental conscience – wonderful places to live and grow.”

Properties on this exclusive development start from £479,995.

A show home will open in the summer 2019.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
