Crewe Green Roundabout

Work on the new Crewe Green Roundabout junction is almost complete, says Cheshire East Council.

The majority of traffic management measures at the roundabout will be removed from the week commencing October 29, which will open up the roundabout and its approaches.

Final checks are under way to the signalised crossing points, to allow for traffic cones to be removed.

Some lane closures may still be required over the coming weeks so final landscaping works can be completed safely.

A Cheshire East Council spokesperson said: “We would like to thank local residents and road users for their ongoing patience.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
