Blyth FA Cup - Nantwich Town's Weaver Stadium, pre-season games, community football

Nantwich Town have been drawn at home to Blyth Spartans in the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Cup, writes Steve Sharman.

The tie is scheduled to be played on the weekend of September 21-23.

Blyth are currently 18th in the league above Nantwich, National League North.

The Dabbers confidently overcame Worksop Town in the First Qualifying Round with a 5-2 home win at the Weaver Stadium with winger Aaron Knight netting a brace on his competitive debut.

Blyth have entered the draw at the Second Qualifying Round stage and won’t relish the trip down to Cheshire.
