Princes Court in Nantwich

Princes Court business centre in Nantwich is up for sale for £1.9 million.

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has been appointed to sell the freehold interest of the operational business centre which currently has 29 tenants.

The centre, off Beam Heath Way, is comprised of three, three-storey office buildings with a current occupancy rate of 82% under individual lease agreements.

Dating from the late 1800s, the buildings were originally constructed to form part of a hospital complex.

It has since been sub-divided to provide 54 individual office suites and car parking with 148 spaces, covering a 2.32 acre site.

Craig Watson, Associate Partner in Sanderson Weatherall’s Manchester office, said: “Princes Court offers investors a really exciting proposition.

“The asking price reflects an attractive gross yield of 9.53% and with opportunities to improve this through active management there is plenty of room for this to grow.”

Sanderson Weatherall are acting as joint agents on the property alongside Legat Owen.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
