The owner of well-known letting agent Temples is to merge with Cheshire Lamont estate agents.

Alex Kemp, who has run Temples in Crewe for 11 years, is merging with Cheshire Lamont Estate Agents, Valuers & Property Consultants.

Alex will run the newly opened Crewe office of Cheshire Lamont on Nantwich Road.

He said: “With well-established sales offices in Nantwich and Tarporley, Crewe will complete the ideal triangle within South Cheshire with which to attract new landlords and develop the business further.

“By introducing investment sales, mortgages and other home mover packages we can now offer a comprehensive sales and lettings service across the region.

“This development to our service means we can diversify and build on our already established business model by being able to offer not just a lettings package tailored to suit individual landlords needs, but also a one-stop shop approach.

“With the help of social media, digital marketing and the online portals such as Rightmove, On The Market, and Zoopla, I am confident Cheshire Lamont will continue to be a name associated with quality, professionalism and now lettings.”

David Cheshire, principal partner at Cheshire Lamont, said: “I am delighted Alex has joined us.

“He has a proven track record being a major player in the local residential lettings market.

“He brings an established and successful team with him with a large portfolio of properties.

“We all feel confident that the synergy of the three offices will develop further Cheshire Lamont as a brand leader in both the residential letting and residential sales market.”

Bill Swindley, partner at Cheshire Lamont and pictured (above) with Alex, added: “Alex and I have known each other for many years and we are delighted to be joining forces, and there are other exciting developments in the near future for us all.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
