Carlisle - Crewe and Nantwich RUFC ladies

Crewe and Nantwich RUFC’s in-form ladies team are gunning for top spot this weekend when they take on Carlisle.

The ladies have powered their way up to second place in the North West 1 league with some fine performances at home and on the road.

With seven wins from eight games, they sit just four points behind leaders Didsbury.

They welcome Carlisle to the Vagrants this Sunday at home, kick off 2.15pm.

And victory could see them climb to the top of the league if Didsbury slip up.

Crewe & Nantwich won convincingly 30-12 when they travelled away to Carlisle back in October.

Carlisle are down in sixth spot, with just one win in six outings.

Last weekend, Crewe cruised to a 32-0 win away at Altrincham, with captain Mollie Latham bagging a hat-trick of tries.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
