Nantwich Town’s scheduled midweek game with Warrington Town has been postponed to allow the Dabbers to prepare for their FA Cup match at Stevenage.

Nantwich had been due to play their local Cheshire rivals in the league this coming Tuesday.

But both Warrington and Evo-Stik Northern Premier League officials have agreed to postone.

This means Dave Cooke has a week to prepare for the Dabbers’ First Round proper tie away at League Two Stevenage next Saturday November 4.

A Nantwich Town spokesman said: “The club would like to put on record their gratitude and thanks to the Evo-Stik league and to Warrington Town for their co-operation and support.

“When the fixture is rescheduled, we will update via the website and social media the new date for the game.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
