Martin & Co award

Property specialist Martin & Co is celebrating another industry award for its letting services in Crewe and Nantwich.

The firm was named as finalist in the ‘Franchise of the Year’ award scheme coming second overall to an office in Oxford where turn-over is bolstered by strong property demands.

Martin & Co managing director Shaun Cafferty said: “These are fantastic results which, in terms of Martin & Co branches, makes us the best agent outside the South East, where rental values are more than double those of Crewe and Nantwich.

“Last year, we were only exceeded by the wealthy London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and this year Oxford, again a commuter hot-spot with tens of thousands of students moving to the city every academic year.

“For our Crewe and Nantwich office to be yet again the best agent outside the South East is amazing when you think of the big cities in the Midlands and in the North for instance.

“Even in the South East only Oxford did better than us.”

Martin&Co Crewe and Nantwich was a star performer in the scheme led by national umbrella company, The Property Franchise Group, which assessed its 400 branches on turn-over and customer care.

The latest accolade is the 10th in recent times, with the firm also winning for Outstanding Customer Share, Best Managed Office and Best Market Share Performance.

Mr Cafferty added: “Locally, we let on average more than two properties every single day.

“Our figures show more than 90% of tenants and landlords stay with us.

“And in a recent survey, 92% of customers said they would recommend us to others.

“We are absolutely thrilled with this tremendous start to 2017.”

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
