A Nantwich man has been charged with five burglaries at houses in the Crewe and Nantwich area.

Jamie Lyons, 34, of James Hall Street, Nantwich, was charged with five counts in connection with alleged break-ins between November 7 and 19.

Police investigated and Lyons was arrested in Nantwich on suspicion of burglary.

On November 30, he was charged with five burglary dwelling offences.

He is charged with burglaries at the following locations:
Audlem Road in Nantwich between November 7-8.
Hungerford Road in Crewe between November 9-10.
Lynbrook Road in Crewe between November 9-10.
Stanhope Avenue in Crewe between November 18-19.
Lyncroft Road in Crewe between November 18-19.

Lyons has appeared at South Magistrates Court on December 1 and was remanded in custody to re-appear at a later date.
