Willaston WS and Crewe Ath both tumbled out of the Cheshire FA Sunday Cup.

Willaston lost 8-0 at Forest Road while Crewe Athletic lost 6-0 to Stockport-based Cale Green FC – the current holders of the competition.

In the Presidents Cup, Division One side Betley FC beat Premier Division Rising Sun 4-1 after extra time.

Premier Division leaders Railway Hotel needed a late Jon Stone goal to rescue a point against Salvador who led with goals from Stuart Evans and Kev Sharp.

Danny Lavalette had given Railway Hotel a first half lead.

Sydney Arms and Square One both closed the gap on the leaders.

Sydney Arms with a 2-0 win over NHB FC with goals from Sherratt and Timmis and Square One won 1-0 at Eight Farmers thanks to a Declan Small goal.

AFC Leopard beat Wistaston Ath 5-2 with goals from Liam Challinor 2, Liam Jones, Jamie Collina and Anthony Tinsley. Ben Burrow and Callum Hood replied for Wistaston Ath.

In Division One, Talbot won their fifth consecutive league game as they beat leaders Elworth Park 7-2 with Ben Reddock, Ant Broadhurst and Gaz Gordon all scoring twice and Scott Rankin added the other goal.

Scorers for Elworth Park were John Fisher and Liam Wynne.

White Eagles took advantage to move to the top of the league with a 7-2 win over Crewe FC with a hat-trick from Lukasz Synowicz and other golas from Jarel Matkowski 2, Adrian Gawron and Lukasz Pusiak.

Sean Owens and Louis Everall scored for Crewe FC.

Faddiley won 10-0 at struggling Market Tavern with Ash Lawton netting four times with other goals from Andy Blud 2, Rich Ford 2, Will Emerton and Neil Bate.

Cricketers Arms won 8-2 at Audlem with goals from Bate (2), Dunning (2), Oliver, Robertson, Williams and Moran.

Connor Jones scored both goals for Audlem.

The game between Haslington FC and Nantwich YF was called off due to unavailability of the referee.
