Burglars are targeting houses in the Bulkeley area of Nantwich, police have warned.

Three properties have been broken into in the last few weeks in and around the small village near Bunbury and Peckforton.

The latest happened at a property on Stone House Lane (November 21) during the early evening.

Two weeks before, on November 7, burglar struck at a property on Mill Lane, Bulkeley, also during the early evening.

And on October 14, there was a break-in during daytime hours at another property on Stone House Lane.

Electronic items, jewellery, money and a vehicle have been taken during the raids.

A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “We are asking people to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity calling 101.”

Always call 999 in an emergency or if you see a crime in progress.

Anyone with information regarding these crimes should call 101.
