Nantwich Library will be holding a two-week exhibition from Monday July 6 to Friday July 17 based in the Local Studies Library.

The exhibition is entitled “Life in Edwardian Cheshire” and will explore the full picture of life in Cheshire East during this period.

On Tuesday July 14 at 2pm, there will be an event calling for interested parties to contribute to in the form of a talk, photos, written accounts, local artefacts or other items relevant to this period 1901-1914.

“We are particularly keen to reflect on daily life before the start of WW1,” said a library spokesperson.

The event will be free of charge and refreshments will be available.

If you want to get involved and make a contribution, contact Anna or Andrea at Nantwich Library on 01270 375360 or email [email protected]

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
