Ben Mills, Nantwich Town FC

Nantwich Town have welcomed back two former favourites, Ben Mills and Lewis Short.

Dabbers boss Phil Parkinson and director of football operations Jon Gold have made more additions to the squad for next season.

And the two ex players Short and Mills (pictured) are among those to sign up for the 2015-16 campaign at the Weaver Stadium.

Lewis said: “It’s been very rewarding and enjoyable experience playing for Airbus in the Welsh Premier League and in Europe and something I feel has helped to improve me greatly as a player.

“However I have a desire to get back into the English game and came to watch Nantwich playing against Whitby recently.

“The style of play and team spirit I saw that evening together with the leadership qualities of Phil really excited and impressed me.

“I had always had a great affinity for the supporters and Jon Gold who had been great with myself and my family when I was first at the club.

“So I am delighted to be back and can’t wait to get started on pre-season as I am sure it’s going to be very exciting.”

Ben Mills’ goal-scoring exploits earned him a well-deserved move to League 2 Macclesfield Town a few seasons ago. Now he is also excited to be back at the Weaver Stadium.

He said: “This club and its supporters have a special place in my heart.

“It’s great to see the way Phil, Neil and Danny have rejuvenated the place and I am looking forward to working with them in pre season and there might be a few surprises, as you would expect from me, and hopefully can put a smile on supporters’ faces again.”

Another signing is Krystian Burzynski, a promising young keeper who had an outstanding season with Crewe FC and who impressed the management team when he was invited to train with the first team.

“It’s been another really busy few days,” said Parkinson.

“I am delighted with the way the squad is shaping up so early and by the fact everyone we have signed up really believes in what we are trying to do here and more importantly, wants to play for the club above anything else.

“Apart from a centre half and a few other things we are working on, that may or may not come off, we are almost there now and can start preparing for the season.”

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
