Nantwich’s famous outdoor pool reopens for the summer this weekend.
The pool, named as one of Britain’s Best Outdoor Pools by the Telegraph in 2014, opens this Saturday May 2.
The facility, now run by Cheshire East’s Everybody Sport and Recreation trust, is one of the only remaining outdoor inland brine pools in the UK.
Everybody customers also benefit from free parking for up to two hours as part of a new scheme to encourage more to use the facilities on Wall Lane, Nantwich.
An Everybody trust spokeswoman said: “Everybody has taken on board feedback from customers and the pool is opening a few weeks earlier than last year.
“There is no fixed date of when the outdoor pool will be closing so we can review along with the weather at the end of the season!”
Opening times from May 2 are:
Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 11am-7pm
Saturday 9.30am -5pm
Sunday 10am-5pm
Adults only swim (Mon &Weds) 7-8pm
