Staff at a South Cheshire legal firm raised almost £2,000 for Red Nose Day.
Employees at Crystal Legal Services in Crewe performed all manner of activities for the cause.
They wore fancy dress, held bake sales, tuck shops, sponsored head-shaving, leg waxing, an in-house bike ride, raffles, challenges, games and more.
Sixty members of staff at the claims company also volunteered to receive donation calls.
And they were amazed when the final totals were totted up, with more than £1,900 in the bank
It was the third year in a row the Crystal Legal team, who help people reclaim mis-sold PPI and Packaged Bank Accounts, swapped focus to help Comic Relief receive donations and volunteered until midnight to answer the public’s donation calls.
Managing director Tony Shields said: “The generosity of the British public is amazing and the team at CLS are all pleased and proud to have helped make a difference to Comic Relief 2015.
“This is becoming a long-standing tradition of our business and we look forward to getting involved again in 2016.”
Nationally this year, Comic Relief raised more than £1 billion towards changing the lives of people in the UK and across Africa.
