wrenbury bake off challenge

The Great British Bake Off competitor Diana Beard will be in Nantwich to judge a local baking contest.

Beard has been invited to judge The Friends of Wrenbury Primary School’s own Bake Off Competition.

The event is being staged on Sunday March 22 in Wrenbury Village Hall.

Beard will be judging the event and answering any questions and providing tips for the competitors.

The grandmother from Shropshire competed in the BBC’s The Great British Bake Off in 2014, but had to quit before the end of that series due to ill health.

The show has proved a massive TV hit with millions tuning in each week.

Afternoon tea will be served with the entry cakes being sold to raise funds for the “Friends of Wrenbury School” charity.

The event starts at 2pm and more details, including entry forms, are available from the Wrenbury Primary School website.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
