Poppies by Gordon Lancaster

Kaleidoscope 2 is a new major art exhibition in the Millennium Gallery at Nantwich Museum set to run until December 13.

It follows the success of an earlier Kaleidoscope exhibition in Nantwich and involves a collection of work by local artist Gordon Lancaster.

It has been designed to appeal to a wide audience and covers a variety of subjects including local scenes.

It also features different styles and media including large oils, acrylics, charcoal, ink prints and small water colours.

Most of the paintings are available for sale.

Gordon Lancaster is an active elected member of the Society of Staffordshire Artists and has participated in nearly 90 exhibitions including one-man shows.

His work has been commissioned by Coventry Cathedral and a number of local authorities.

It features widely in public and private collections in this country and abroad.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
