Hundreds of homes in Nantwich were left without water today after a burst water main caused problems.
United Utilities say the burst has been located in pipes at the Audlem Road-Park Road junction in Nantwich.
It has left many surrounding homes with no water or just a trickle in supplies.
“Our inspector has been to have a look and found this to be the cause for those of you with no water or just a trickle,” said United Utilites in a statement.
“A team of engineers has been requested to attend and should be on site as soon as possible.
“We’re sorry for the trouble this may be causing you.
“We’ll get your taps flowing normally as quickly as possible.”
