Brine Leas School, Nantwich

A Nantwich school is to open its doors to show off the town’s talented pupils as part of a “summer spectacular” exhibition.

Brine Leas Academy, on Audlem Road, will be open to the public on May 22 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

The annual event aims to showcase performances and exhibitions from across the Creative Arts at the school.

And there will also be live performances of theatre, dance, PE and music from local primary school pupils as well as Brine Leas students.

“The amazing GCSE and A Level Art and Technology coursework will be exhibited along with action packed Media films,” a spokeswoman added.

Special guests at the event will include the High Sheriff of Cheshire, the Deputy Mayor of Cheshire East, Nantwich Town Mayor Cllr Christine Farrall, and Crewe & Nantwich MP Edward Timpson.

There will be a bar, BBQ and Snugbury ice cream available. Admission is free.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
