Danny Johnson, Nantwich Town boss Oct 2013

Nantwich Town’s disappointing end of season form continued when they slumped to a 1-0 defeat at already relegated rivals Stafford Rangers.

The result continued a recent dip in form for the Dabbers which has seen them slip to 19th place, just two above the relegation zone.

Saul Henderson’s 64th minute strike was enough to give third from bottom Stafford in front of nearly 400 Bank Holiday supporters.

It’s now eight matches without a win for Danny Johnson’s men, their last victory back on March 15 at home to Frickley Athletic.

And although they are safe from relegation in the Evo-Stik Premier League, Johnson will be concerned over the lack of consistency during the 2013-14 season.

Their final match of the campaign is home to Grantham at the Weaver Stadium this Saturday April 26, kick off 3pm.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
