Nantwich Town kept up their good run with a fine 1-0 away win at Trafford.

Recent signing Adam Jones snatched all three points for the Dabbers with a strike in the final minute.

The victory has propelled Danny Johnson’s men up to 12th in the Evo-Stik Premier League, and now just six points behind the play-off places.

Six wins in their last seven matches has Nantwich players brimming with confidence.

This victory follows on from their thrilling fightback in the 4-3 home win over Whitby last weekend, when Ben Deegan nabbed a dramatic last minute winner.

Returning to Trafford was an emotional one for Johnson, where he held the reins for nearly three seasons from November 2003.

Meanwhile, at the request of Macclesfield Town, the Dabbers’ Cheshire Senior Cup tie at the Moss Rose has been brought forward a week.

The first round tie will now take place on Tuesday January 7, 2014, kick off 7.45pm.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
