A Crewe and Nantwich entertainment company has been shortlisted in the Cheshire Business of the Year awards.
Warble Entertainment has made it into the final three in the shortlist of the Small Businesses category of the awards.
The South Cheshire group, based on Nantwich Road in Crewe, was only launched seven years ago.
Now it specialises in entertainment for a range of events from weddings and private parties to corporate events, including managing events for the likes ITV, BBC and Coca-Cola.
Owners Matt and Tracey Warren developed the business from a small scale home office.
Now it has a number of projects in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and has expanded its team to cope with demand.
Tracey said: “We’re all really excited and proud at making the final shortlist.
“We’d obviously like to win, but regardless of the outcome, it’s great to be recognised for such an award and is indicative of the strides we’ve made as a business over the past few years.”
The Trinity Mirror Cheshire Business Awards take place on Friday October 4 at Chester Racecourse in a ceremony hosted by Granada TV Presenter Lucy Meacock.
