There’s a spine-tingling adventure waiting for children at Nantwich Library this summer.

The Beam Street venue is inviting children to take part in the 2013 Summer Reading Challenge.

And this year’s theme of “Creepy House” is sure to send shivers up their spines.

The challenge, which is now in full swing, is free to join and encourages children aged 4 to 11 to read six books during the school summer holidays.

Every time a child comes to Nantwich Library to change their books they can get fun stickers and rewards.

There’s also a certificate and medal for everyone who finishes, which are presented during a special ceremony.

There are also activities throughout the holidays including the very creepy “Zoo Lab” and spooky drama workshops.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
