Nantwich Litter Group volunteers helped clean up the town ahead of the Royal Horticultural Society National Finals Judging.
More than 20 helpers used pickers and bags to clear litter from the outskirts of Nantwich and into the town square.
The steadily growing group also provided support to Nantwich in Bloom in preparation for the Britain in Bloom NW Regional Judging and to Nantwich Town Council after the Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
“Group Picks” organised by team leader Joyce Webb take place every month as well as on specific occasions.
Individual volunteers also work regularly in their own areas of the town.
