The Rotary Club of Nantwich is organising a sponsored walk to raise money for local charities.

The walk is scheduled to take place on Sunday June 24 in the grounds of Reaseheath College, Nantwich.

Nantwich Players Theatre group are also involved in the event, while raising funds for a new extension for a school in Nepal.

Local charity the Wingate Centre, based in Wrenbury, took part in last year’s walk and raised around £800.

Players spokesman Antony Hoy said: “This big event is planned as a fun-filled family-orientated day out.

“Our main aim is to help local people to raise money for their chosen charities and enjoy themselves in the process.”

If your organisation would like to take part, contact Antony on 07973 635794 or email [email protected]

Entry is £5 per person. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to each entrant who completes their target walk.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
