Another top bill of comedians are to perform in Nantwich to bring the Very Best in Stand Up season to a close.

Rob Rouse (pictured), Mickey Hutton, Stuart Goldsmith and John Warburton will be at Civic Hall on Friday May 4.

Warburton, host for the night, has headlined comedy shows from Doncaster to Dubai, and his brand of Northern charm is a sure fire hit with audiences everywhere.

First act Goldsmith combines charisma and quick-fire timing developed from a youth misspent as a street performer.

A professional stand-up for eight years, he recently appeared on ITV’s ‘Show Me The Funny’.

Hutton is a stalwart of the international circuit, having performed in Montreal, the Falklands, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Spain, Singapore, the Philippines, Beijing, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Tokyo, Cyprus and Shanghai.

His Geordie wit has earned him a list of TV credits, including recent appearances on BBC’s “Never Mind The Buzzcocks”.

Rouse kicked off his comedy career in 1998 by winning the “So You Think You’re Funny” award.

He’s widely recognised from “Celebrity Juice”, Dave’s “One Night Stand”, “Eight Out Of Ten Cats” and “The Friday Night Project”.

Promoter Mike Ramm said: “We had a great start to 2012 and May’s show should be no exception.

“All of the acts are making their Nantwich debuts and between them have a wealth of live & TV experience.”

Tickets are £10 available from Nantwich Civic Hall, Crewe Lyceum & www.civiccomedy.co.uk

Doors open 7.15pm, show starts 8.15pm.

The Very Best in Stand Up will return for a one-off “summer special” before the new 2012-13 season kicks off in September.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
