These are England’s football stars of the future in Nantwich as they prepare for an international friendly game with Poland.

The England under 18s squad took part in a training session at Nantwich Town’s Weaver Stadium.

And the group included rising Crewe Alex star teenagers Nick Powell and Nantwich-based Max Clayton.

Their opponents Poland, who they play at Crewe’s Gresty Road tomorrow (March 7), will train in Nantwich tonight.

“This is a great honour for the club and testimony to the quality of pitch and all round facilities we have here at the Weaver Stadium,” said Nantwich chairman Jon Gold.

“We are very proud to be once again welcoming international teams to Nantwich. It’s great for the local community, our commercial partners and all the staff who work so hard to make the club what it is.”

Tomorrow’s match kicks off at 7.30pm.

Tickets have been reduced to just £3 adults, £1 juniors and 50p senior citizens.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
