Police want witnesses to an accident outside Redsands Children Centre in Willaston, Nantwich.
The incident involved a 22-year-old woman was driving her silvery blue Peugeot 206 towards Crewe when she possibly collided with a cyclist.
Crewe CID is appealing to anyone who may have seen cyclists in the area at the time and/or a collision involving the Peugeot 206.
The incident happened at around 9.45am on January 9.
Witnesses can call police on 101 quoting incident number 214.
