A new Nantwich skincare clinic has teamed up with the Wingate Centre to launch a Christmas Soft Toy Appeal.

Bosses at Skin Health Spa, on Welsh Row, were keen to help the Wrenbury-based charity which offers support to children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.

So SHS operations director Adam Flint chose to back the centre’s quest to provide a soft toy or teddy bear to everyone who visits.

Adam, a neighbour of Wingate Centre general manager Chris Bridgman, said: “The centre is a wonderful charity which provides invaluable opportunities to many children and young people with disabilities.”

Chris said: “Every child on a residential visit to the centre is given a present of a soft toy.

“This helps them to settle on their first night away from home and for many children who do not have many toys it becomes very precious.”

Model, TV presenter and mum-of-two Danielle Lloyd kicked off the appeal during a visit to Nantwich last month.

To donate a soft toy or teddy, hand it in to Skin Health Spa, 63 Welsh Row, Nantwich Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm, late night opening 8pm Thursday and Friday.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
