Nantwich News was set up in 2009 as a small blog to provide anyone with an interest, involvement or attachment to this fabulous Cheshire market town with news, sport and what’s on information all under one online roof!
Since then, we have expanded to cover surrounding villages such as Willaston, Shavington, Wybunbury, Wrenbury and Acton.
We relaunched in November 2011, and unveiled a fresh, modern look in July 2014.
Nantwich News now regularly attracts more than 100,000 page views and 40,000 unique users a month.
It continues to grow in popularity and as at January 1 2020, we have 9,300+ Twitter followers, 12,400+ Facebook group members and 1,000 Instagram followers, as well as hundreds of email subscribers.
And that’s because it’s designed for EVERYONE – not just to read but also to contribute, comment and get involved with.
